Maine Elementary School Design Milestones
April 2024 — 95% Design Complete
Design work is close to final for Maine ES site work (fencing and fire department access), secure entrance, front office, and ADA upgrades. Non-ADA casework has been removed and additional accessibility features are in the works.

February 2024 — 50% Design Complete
As Maine’s Design progresses to the halfway mark, plans for the secure entrance, office, and student services area remodels are coming together with floor plans (at left).
Work continues on refining the plans and adjusting the scope for existing conditions. Some of the focus areas at this site include:
Updates to Fire Department access and fencing
Entrance security enhancements
Student Services remodeling
ADA upgrades to include cubbies, vertical grab bars, door hardware, and electric water cooler
