• Completed plumbing tie in from existing building

• 75% of fire alarm upgrades in existing building are complete

As South Mountain’s Design process nears completion, plans are coming together nicely. Interior finishes for windows, doors and flooring have been selected to match existing finishes.

Areas of work at South Mountain include:

• two classroom additions to create six new rooms, including two for kindergarten

• upgrading front entry and ADA access (doors, cubbies)

• LED lighting,

• air handling units

• fire and safety systems

• plumbing
